In 2008, Brenda released Effortless Singing with Brenda Freed – A Vocal Instruction Course 2 CD Set so that each student can practice independently what they are learning in lessons. The CDs include breathing and vocal exercises designed to ‘work out’ the voice consistently from the lower to the upper range. They are beneficial to anyone, male or female, who wants to learn to sing or improve their singing in some way. Voice teachers, choral directors, and professional, as well as beginning singers of any age or level of experience find the vocal instruction beneficial.

In 2011, Brenda released Effortless Harmony Singing with Brenda Freed – A Vocal Harmony Instruction Course 2 CD Set, specifically for anyone, male or female, who wants to learn to sing vocal harmonies. The course teaches the music theory behind basic harmony singing and provides opportunities to practice.
